Your employees, in groups up to 4, will enter our training area where they would be greeted by our staff who would start them off with our hearing conservation training presentation which lasts 6 minutes. Following the training, they would begin their audiometric testing, which typically takes 7-8 minutes. A report regarding their findings would be available to them on their way back to work. At the conclusion of initial testing, we will identify all employees who require testing or retesting and schedule a date to return to complete testing and training.
If there are any employees who still have potential threshold shifts after our second visit, we partner with Avera Medical Group for advanced testing, STS confirmations and injury determinations.
Once all hearing testing and training is completed, a comprehensive summary of results will be provided.
